DTF Printing FAQs

Introduction

Planning a DTF garment-printing order? These answers cover quantities, artwork, garment review and urgent timing at Wow! Custom Tees. Visit our main FAQs for general ordering, pickup and shipping.

What to send

Share the garment, design size and placement, quantities by size and deadline. Customers can supply suitable garments, and artwork assistance is available. We review the actual item before accepting the work.

Same-day availability

Routine same-day DTF requires suitable garments already available and enough production capacity. An approximate 90-minute completion is possible for some jobs when feasible, not a universal guarantee. Supplier garments cannot arrive the same day.

Transfers and finished garments

A DTF transfer is part of the printing process, while a finished printed garment is the completed apparel item. Tell us exactly what you need when contacting us. For an apparel order, include the garment details as well as your design.

Common DTF Printing Questions

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order for our printing methods. We welcome a single custom piece as well as larger printing orders. We review the garment, design, quantity and deadline before confirming the method, price and completion time.

What does same-day mean?

Same-day means completing an accepted order during that same workday. Our routine same-day options are DTF and vinyl printing on suitable garments already in store or supplied by you. Availability depends on the order and production capacity. Confirm the completion time with us before relying on a deadline.

Can my order be ready in 90 minutes?

Some suitable DTF or vinyl orders can often be completed in about 90 minutes when feasible. That is an estimate, not a guaranteed turnaround. Tell us the design, quantity, garments and exact deadline so we can assess the order and confirm a completion time.

Can a large order be completed the same day?

There is no single quantity cutoff for every same-day request. What is feasible depends on the design, garments, method and production capacity. Large orders may need more time. Send the complete quantity and deadline before making pickup or event plans.

Can I bring my own garments?

Yes. Share the garment type, material and desired design placement before bringing it in. We review whether it is suitable for the requested customization before accepting the order. Supplying a garment does not by itself guarantee same-day availability.

What if my preferred garments are not in store?

We can review sourcing options and timing, but garments ordered from a supplier cannot arrive the same day. A supplier order placed before the usual cutoff may be eligible for next-day arrival, subject to availability and shipping delays. We confirm the plan for your order.

Can every fabric be printed or embroidered?

Not every garment works with every method. Material, coatings, construction, seams and the design placement can affect suitability. Send garment details or a photo of the label so we can review the item and recommend an available option.

Does my artwork need to be print-ready?

No. Send the artwork or idea you have, and our team can help with preparation. Tell us the intended design size, placement and garment. We review what is needed and include preparation when confirming the quote and turnaround.

What files should I send?

Send the clearest original design file you have, along with the intended size and placement. If you only have an image or an unfinished idea, send that so we can review it. We will tell you whether additional preparation or a different file is needed for the chosen method.

How long will my customization last?

Results depend on the garment, customization method, application and care. Ask for care guidance for your finished order and follow the garment's label as well. We do not promise a fixed number of washes or lifetime durability for every item.

What is the standard turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround is 10 to 14 days. We confirm the completion time for your specific order after reviewing the method, artwork, garment availability and quantity. Tell us the date and time you need the finished work. If your deadline is urgent, ask us to assess rush availability.

Do I need an appointment?

We accept walk-ins. We suggest contacting us by phone or email first so we can discuss your project before you visit.
