Our standard turnaround is 10–14 days.


You can have your order completed sooner (as quick as SAME-DAY for DTF printing and NEXT-DAY for embroidery), but it will incur a rush fee depending how soon you want it.

Preparing Your Quote Request

Tell us what you would like customized, how many pieces you need and the date and time you need the finished work. Include artwork if you have it, whether you will supply the garments, and your pickup or shipping preference. Your artwork does not have to be print-ready.

Details That Help Us Review Your Project

Include garment style and color, quantities by size, design size and placement, and the clearest design file you have. For names or numbers, include the details for each piece. If you need help choosing a method, tell us the result you want.

Have an Urgent Deadline?

Mention the deadline when you contact us. Same-day DTF or vinyl may be available for suitable garments already on hand and orders our capacity can accommodate. Screen printing and embroidery need different preparation. We confirm availability, price and completion time before accepting the work.

Receiving Your Order

Pickup is at our only shop in Midtown Manhattan. You arrange and pay for courier or Uber collection. Shipping is customer-paid, and delivery timing is separate from production completion.

Quote Request FAQs

What is the standard turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround is 10 to 14 days. We confirm the completion time for your specific order after reviewing the method, artwork, garment availability and quantity. Tell us the date and time you need the finished work. If your deadline is urgent, ask us to assess rush availability.

 

Does my artwork need to be print-ready?

No. Send the artwork or idea you have, and our team can help with preparation. Tell us the intended design size, placement and garment. We review what is needed and include preparation when confirming the quote and turnaround.

 

Can an Uber or courier collect my order?

Yes. You arrange and pay for the courier or Uber pickup. Let us know when the driver is on the way and again when the driver arrives so we can coordinate the handoff. Confirm that the order is ready before sending the driver.

 

Can you ship my order?

Yes. We can ship orders, with shipping paid by the customer. Tell us the destination and deadline so we can discuss the available shipping method. Production completion and delivery time are separate.

 

How much does customization cost?

The quote depends on the garments, quantity, design size and placement, customization method, preparation and deadline. Send your project details so we can review the work and provide an order-specific quote.

 

Is there an extra charge for rush work?

Tell us your deadline when requesting a quote. We will confirm whether rush production is available and include the applicable pricing in the quote before accepting the order.

 

What should I include in a quote request?

Include your artwork or idea, garment preference or supplied-garment details, design size and placement, quantity and size breakdown, exact deadline, and pickup or shipping preference. If you are unsure about the best method, ask us to recommend an option.
