Custom Apparel Printing & Embroidery in NYC

We customize ready-made apparel for individuals, clothing brands, corporate teams and events. Our only shop is in Midtown Manhattan's Garment District. Start with your garment, artwork, quantity and deadline. We will help you choose a suitable method and confirm what is feasible.

Printing and Embroidery Options

DTF, screen printing and vinyl printing are different ways to apply your design. Embroidery uses stitched thread. The right choice depends on the garment, desired result, design and quantity. There is no minimum order for our printing methods. Explore the method pages, or send your project for review.

Explore same-day and rush, corporate apparel, jerseys and team uniforms, or custom tote bags. See our FAQs for ordering guidance.

Screen printing uses prepared screens to apply ink to suitable apparel. It can be a practical choice for repeated designs and branded merchandise. Share the artwork, print size, placements and quantities so we can assess your project.

Design colors, garment material and construction affect preparation and the finished result. We review customer-supplied garments and can help source ready-made apparel. Artwork does not have to be production-ready when you first contact us.

Screens and ink need preparation, so screen printing is not our routine same-day option. Next day is the earliest possible completion, not a guaranteed service level. We confirm the plan, price and completion time before accepting your order.

Embroidery creates your design with stitched thread on suitable apparel. It is an option for branded hats, uniforms, polos and ready-made jackets. We review the garment, placement, design detail and quantity before quoting.

The design needs a digitized embroidery file before stitching. Send the clearest artwork you have and tell us the size and placement you want. Our team can help with preparation and explain what is suitable for your garment.

Embroidery normally needs at least one day because the design must be digitized before stitching. Same-day embroidery is not a routine service. An exceptional urgent request may be assessed individually; do not rely on it without a confirmed completion time.

DTF printing transfers your design onto suitable ready-made garments. It can be useful for detailed, multicolor artwork and orders ranging from a single gift to apparel for a brand, company or event. Garment suitability is reviewed for each project.

There is no minimum order for DTF printing. Bring your own suitable garments or ask about available blanks. Share the design, desired print size, placements and quantities by size so we can recommend a practical production plan.

Same-day requests are normally DTF or vinyl printing, with suitable garments already on hand and available production capacity. We cannot obtain supplier garments the same day. Send your exact deadline; completion is confirmed for the individual order.

Custom Apparel Projects and FAQs

Choose ready-made apparel for your brand, team, event or personal project. Tell us the design, garment, quantities by size and exact deadline. Our only shop is in Midtown Manhattan. Pickup, customer-arranged courier collection and customer-paid shipping are available.

Which customization services do you offer?

We offer DTF printing, screen printing, vinyl printing and embroidery. Tell us your garment, design, quantity and deadline so we can recommend a suitable option. We customize ready-made garments rather than manufacturing clothing from scratch.

Do you offer DTG printing?

No. Wow! Custom Tees does not offer direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. We offer DTF, screen printing, vinyl printing and embroidery. Our DTG article is educational and explains how that method differs from the services available here.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order for our printing methods. We welcome a single custom piece as well as larger printing orders. We review the garment, design, quantity and deadline before confirming the method, price and completion time.

Can you do same-day embroidery?

Same-day embroidery is not our standard service. Embroidery normally needs at least one day, including preparation of the digitized design file. If your deadline is urgent, contact us as early as possible so we can assess what is feasible. We confirm the turnaround for each accepted order.

Can you screen print an order the same day?

Screen printing is not our routine same-day option because the screens and ink need preparation. Next-day completion is the earliest possible turnaround, not a guarantee. For suitable garments needed today, ask about DTF or vinyl printing.

Does my artwork need to be print-ready?

No. Send the artwork or idea you have, and our team can help with preparation. Tell us the intended design size, placement and garment. We review what is needed and include preparation when confirming the quote and turnaround.

Read our complete FAQ page for more guidance.

Create T-shirts for a clothing brand, corporate event, family celebration or personal gift. A single printed shirt is welcome. Choose from suitable available blanks or bring your own for review.

The garment, design detail and desired finish help determine the method. DTF, screen printing and vinyl printing each require a different production plan. We explain what is practical for your project before confirming the order.

Share the clearest artwork you have, the size and placement you want, and your exact need-by time. Artwork help is available. We confirm price and completion before accepting the order, rather than promising one turnaround for every job.

Customize ready-made hoodies, hats, uniforms, polos and jackets, or ask about jerseys and tote bags. We decorate existing apparel; we do not manufacture garments from scratch. Material and construction affect which method is suitable.

For a company, team or brand run, provide quantities by size and the desired design placements. We review the artwork, garment availability and production capacity, then confirm a project-specific quote and completion time. Larger orders may need more time.

Collect your completed order at our Midtown shop after confirming it is ready. You can arrange and pay for an Uber or courier, or choose customer-paid shipping. Shipping transit is separate from production time. Read our dedicated FAQ page for fuller ordering guidance.
