Include the team artwork and the spelling, number and garment size for each piece. Clear details help us assess the project and avoid confusion. We confirm the available customization method rather than assuming every jersey can be decorated the same way.
Your jerseys or sourced options
If you already have jerseys, send photos and the material label. If you need blanks, tell us the style, color and size breakdown. Sourcing timing must be confirmed, and supplier garments cannot arrive the same day.
Deadlines and replacement pieces
Share the match or event date and exact need-by time. Large team orders may need more time than individual jobs. For a replacement or repeat request, send prior-order details so we can review current availability and timing.

Send the full order details for a quote. Pickup is at our only Midtown shop. Customer-arranged courier collection and customer-paid shipping are also available.
Common Questions
Can a large order be completed the same day?
There is no single quantity cutoff for every same-day request. What is feasible depends on the design, garments, method and production capacity. Large orders may need more time. Send the complete quantity and deadline before making pickup or event plans.
Can I bring my own garments?
Yes. Share the garment type, material and desired design placement before bringing it in. We review whether it is suitable for the requested customization before accepting the order. Supplying a garment does not by itself guarantee same-day availability.
What if my preferred garments are not in store?
We can review sourcing options and timing, but garments ordered from a supplier cannot arrive the same day. A supplier order placed before the usual cutoff may be eligible for next-day arrival, subject to availability and shipping delays. We confirm the plan for your order.
Can every fabric be printed or embroidered?
Not every garment works with every method. Material, coatings, construction, seams and the design placement can affect suitability. Send garment details or a photo of the label so we can review the item and recommend an available option.

Include your artwork or idea, garment preference or supplied-garment details, design size and placement, quantity and size breakdown, exact deadline, and pickup or shipping preference. If you are unsure about the best method, ask us to recommend an option.
What is the standard turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround is 10 to 14 days. We confirm the completion time for your specific order after reviewing the method, artwork, garment availability and quantity. Tell us the date and time you need the finished work. If your deadline is urgent, ask us to assess rush availability.
