Transfer versus finished garment
A DTF transfer is a design printed onto film and prepared for heat application to a suitable garment. A finished DTF apparel order includes the garment with the design applied. Those are different deliverables, so be clear about what you need when contacting a provider.
How the transfer is used
The film carries the printed design before it is applied with a heat press. Application requirements depend on the transfer system and material. Do not use one supplier's instructions as a universal temperature or time for every transfer.
Planning a WCT garment order
Send your design, garment details, size and placement, quantity and deadline. WCT can review suitable garments you supply or discuss available blanks. Artwork assistance is available. Confirm the complete order rather than assuming a transfer-only price includes apparel and application.
Same-day availability
Suitable DTF garment-printing orders may be possible the same workday when garments are on hand and capacity allows. Supplier garments cannot arrive the same day. Some eligible orders can often be ready in about 90 minutes when feasible, but WCT confirms the completion time.
Durability and care
The result depends on the garment, transfer system, application and care. Ask for instructions for the finished order and follow the garment label as well. Avoid treating a specific supplier's wash-test claim as a guarantee for every custom item.

Common questions
What does same-day mean?
Same-day means completing an accepted order during that same workday. Our routine same-day options are DTF and vinyl printing on suitable garments already in store or supplied by you. Availability depends on the order and production capacity. Confirm the completion time with us before relying on a deadline.
Can my order be ready in 90 minutes?
Some suitable DTF or vinyl orders can often be completed in about 90 minutes when feasible. That is an estimate, not a guaranteed turnaround. Tell us the design, quantity, garments and exact deadline so we can assess the order and confirm a completion time.
Can I bring my own garments?
Yes. Share the garment type, material and desired design placement before bringing it in. We review whether it is suitable for the requested customization before accepting the order. Supplying a garment does not by itself guarantee same-day availability.
What if my preferred garments are not in store?
We can review sourcing options and timing, but garments ordered from a supplier cannot arrive the same day. A supplier order placed before the usual cutoff may be eligible for next-day arrival, subject to availability and shipping delays. We confirm the plan for your order.
How long will my customization last?
Results depend on the garment, customization method, application and care. Ask for care guidance for your finished order and follow the garment's label as well. We do not promise a fixed number of washes or lifetime durability for every item.
